My calendar says Tuesday. McConnell blew this CYA hot air yesterday. Guess there is nothing new today from the GOP Senate so we have to recycle Monday news. Although, I see Graham was working on the 2016 election today with McCabe. With Republicans like this who needs election stealing Democrats?

Name one other thing Mitch did to help Trump.

McConnell confirmed judges to help himself. Not Trump.

McConnell can be a Snapping Turtle when he needs to be, so I’ll join you in pausing criticism of him.

He’s also capable of being very crafty and stealthy. For all his faults, he knows well how things work in D.C., and can keep his cards close to the vest until it’s time to deploy them.

Trust Sessions. Rosenstein is a white hat. The midterms are safe. Trust Wray. Trust Barr. Trust Durham.

The fact is McConnell’s GOP Senate has actively aided and abetted the now 4 year old coup against POTUS. The idea they will do anything different on the stolen election is, unfortunately, a fantasy.

Director of the CIA Gina Haspel just walked into McConnell's office, per Capitol Hill pool.— Henry Rodgers

Funny, I don't recall being tipped off to SS Agent Brennan dropping into Schmuckie Schoomer's office over the past many years.

“Thanks for your self righteous and condescending response, it really made me reconsider my thinking!”

Maybe you should reconsider your projection as well.

It’s not condescending to point out the flaws in your argument, the willful ignorance.

Nothing will ever be good enough for you. And that is the point.

I posted a thread the other day about chronic complainers. You should go read it and rewire your poor sad head.

Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Sunshine pumping has gotten us exactly nothing from the GOP Senate the past 4 years. They have opposed the MAGA agenda and hamstrung POTUS when possible.

Were you paying attention to any of the events of the last 4 years?

Granted, McConnell had dual reasons for doing so - to benefit himself politically as well.

McConnell confirmed judges to help himself. Not Trump.

Oh, so that means it doesn't matter...

What’s with the reports of people walking into McConnell’s office? Yesterday it was Bill Barr walking into his office. Is that unusual and what does it signify?

We shall see. Nothing much we can do right now but watch and wait.

Voted against impeachment.

Cleared all bills initiated by Trump white house though senate, never holding up any AFAIK.

I appreciate your gracious efforts to educate an imbecile like me. I've been bamboozled by a lack of understanding of how supportive McConnell was being when he blocked Trump from making recess appointments in an unprecedented act of refusing to recess the Senate for four straight years. and how strategic it was when prevented Trump from fulfilling a promise republicans have been making for nearly a decade: repealing Obamacare. And I see no how his and Paul Ryan refusing to support building the wall was all just to encourage Trump to think harder and solve the problem without Congress. Very clever that. A smart guy like you would certainly see ho helpful Mitch has been by doing all that, certainly none of that would reduce the high standing you hold the Trumpist warrior Mitch McConnell.

And I must agree, how gracious of him not to commit political suicide by removing Trump from office. A true profile in courage. You are so right, I'll never be as clever as you so best to let me wallow in my ignorance.
