An update to the Arizona vote count posted the evening of Monday, Nov. 9, shows the gap between the two presidential candidates shrink even more.
Overall, Joe Biden now leads in the state by 14,746 votes, down from 16,952 votes on Sunday afternoon. This puts President Trump within about half of a percentage point from Biden with approximately 61,500 ballots left to be counted.
BREAKINGDonald Trump is now within 1% of Biden in Arizona.
Have you heard that from our sycophantic DNC media?
Nope. Benny (@bennyjohnson) November 10, 2020
Gap in Arizona falls a little more. Biden now leading by about 15k with 2% to be counted. A recount likely given the margin. pic.twitter.com/bx0VDrbaSK Rita Panahi (@RitaPanahi) November 10, 2020
Secretary of State Katie Hobbs reminded voters the ballot cure process deadline on Nov. 10 is fast approaching.
The ballot cure period is ending soon, and time is running out for voters who need to correct certain ballot issues. The latest batch of votes, which included those from Maricopa County, shows President Trump did not perform as well as he needed to.
Trump took 49.2% of 6,495 votes that were posted in Maricopa County at 7 p.m. on Monday, with Biden taking 47%. That was far short of what Trump needed. To overtake Biden, he needs more than 60% of all the remaining ballots statewide. (AZ Central)No matter the outcome, the media was too quick to call the race for Biden in The Grand Canyon State given the razor thin margin.
When Fox called Arizona, its decision desk said Trump could not eliminate the 7 point lead Biden had. Biden's lead is now down to .5 (one-half of a point) with 1000s more ballots to count. Fox may luck out and be right, but the race was, in fact, too close to call. https://t.co/sdKceJ28iV Sharyl Attkisson????? (@SharylAttkisson) November 10, 2020The Trump campaign and Republican National Committee filed a lawsuit in Arizona on Saturday over "incorrectly rejected votes" in Maricopa County.
Poll workers struggled to operate the new voting machines in Maricopa County, and improperly pressed and told voters to press a green button to override significant errors, Matt Morgan, Trump 2020 campaign general counsel, said in a statement. The result is that the voting machines disregarded votes cast by voters in person on Election Day in Maricopa County.
The lawsuit is seeking "the manual inspection of purportedly overvoted ballots that were cast in-person, the same way that elections officials examined overvoted ballots that were mailed in or dropped off," the Trump campaign press release states.
The current count may not get Trump a victory in AZ. But if there is fraud and that is reversed, he may win AZ.
Thanks for being practical, logical and hopeful.
30 percent chance of a win is not a good number. Just concentrating on illegal votes cast in individual states is unlikely to accomplish that. The systemic vote changes on Dominion machines are immensely harder to show to skeptical courts let alone prove.
There are many IT types out there in the individual states that are trying to get sufficent information in the attempt to make the case but I don’t believe many of the machines have been examined yet and delay increases the chance that bad actors will work to erase the evidence. Overall, discouraging as it may be, I have to agree with LD that it’s a tough hill to climb.
What about Nevada and the California residents voting there.
Thanks, LS.
There is no integrity to our voting system, none. If even 1 ballot is fraudulent it proves that the election can be manipulated.
Thanks for doing this. My gut tells me it’s kinda over but what do I know...
Even if Trump doesn’t win, he gets vindication, which will cast a pall over Biden’s Presidency, and further damage the credibility of the Mainstream Media. That’s why it’s important that the Truth comes out, whether or not it saves Trump’s Presidency.
Bottom line, we don’t need evidence of massive “systemic” voter fraud. If even one case of fraud is proven in each state it illustrates that the election is not secure and lacks integrity and is open to other fraud that we need not prove our innocence on. We only need prove it happened and thus can happen.
Only then will states be forced to clean up the system for the future.
That only happens if Conservatives get off their butts and vote in local and State elections.
Thanks for the update.
If it were just the provisional ballots and ‘old school’ fraud, 30% is right.
When you get to hacking and the experts saying the systems were insecure and there’s no way to know then we kick into this scenario:
ere it is in writing...
In case Im censored again...
This is going to the Supreme Court. Where they will rule that the election is invalid due to fraud or mistakes on a country wide scale.
It will go one of two ways, either they will rule that all the unconstitutional mail in ballots will be removed and the states ordered to recount without them or they will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud and at that point it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote. This is where it gets good.
The house/congress votes on who the President will be. It has nothing to do with what party that has power. Every State gets one vote and 30 States are held by Republicans.and 20 by Democrats. They have to vote down party lines, they have no choice due to the 12th Amendment of the Constitution and the Senate votes for the Vice President where a similar even will take place. This is The law.
This is why the Democrats are so mad at Nancy Pelosi. This will all happen in January.
The only way President Trump wont be President is if he concedes the election and that will never happen So stop watching the fake news and dont let your heart be troubled and live your life knowing this will all work out. President Trump will remain President.
Trump has Pelosi in a quandary. If the Supreme Court says it must be voted on by the delegates, Pelosi will not want to do it knowing Trump would win. He will therefore refuse to concede so we are at an impasse. Do you see his advantage again?
Another fun fact, they called Gore the President Elect for 30 days in 2000 until the courts ruled against him and declared Bush the winner. And two people that were part of that decision were none other that new Supreme Court Justices, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. Why do you think the Democrats tried so hard to keep them from being confirmed?
Ohio State Rep Candice Keller
Hopeful
“...Senate votes for the Vice President where a similar even will take place. This is The law. ...”
I wonder how many states have split senate delegates - one Rep. & one Rat. Do these states effectively abstain? WV is one.(Though I don’t trust Shelly Caputo!)
Going to look it up !
BINGO!
They never thought the President would get historical numbers. When he did, they just refused to allow the American people to win.
TigerClaws you are so right.
What is needed is a fighter who doesn’t go faint in the clinches & we have one. The entire Country is getting the stench of cheating and the Legislatures & SC are going to be under the bright lights. There are hundreds of affidavits and electronic evidence. Procedures were not followed, there was overstepping by Courts trying to use powers they were not entitled to. POTUS & his team are going to win this one for America and then they are going to clean up the process for future elections. Even Californians may be able to have their votes count next time.
All of this is at some point going to require a Constitutional Amendment on a single “Election day” with no “early voting” and absentees under the most strict set of guidelines; with a vote count of all outstanding ballots done by two hours after the final polls close; and all counting done by the next day.
And it will never pass.
I imagine too the Dems did not want to go to Phase 2, because it carried far more risk of exposure than Phase 1. But when patriotic Americans swarmed the polls in far-than-expected numbers, they had no choice. Otherwise, they knew their socialist takeover of the U.S. was doomed.
I don’t buy that. I don’t think you ever “win by losing.” Phyrric victories are few and far between.
Like Paul Newman said in “The Verdict,”
“THIS is the case. There are no other cases. This is the case. There are no other cases.”
Dunno. Is 30% handwringing? I just provide estimates.
You wring hands.
