It sounds like a cheat and a betting bluff....a bet that the courts won’t order wide scale hand recounts of the ballots across the state and an audit of the vote ballot numbers in their sealed boxes. If the hand recounts don’t occur then the machine code frauds won’t be uncovered.
Alito was dissed and is probably pissed so I wouldn’t count on Alito and court not calling the bluff.
A choice could be offered....a quick in person only redo of the voting in the “questionable” states, a dismissal of the votes with the electors appointed by the legislatures of those states, or to send the entire election to the congress with a state by state vote to be done in January.
If this goes to the federal level of 1 senator per state to submit their choice for the POTUS — do you think Trump will gain the majority?
This scenario is problematic as well — some senator will vote yes, but what’s the payoff?

Seems that the 1 person for 1 state will be the likely choice ... having the states in questions re-vote again will demonstrate the Conservatives will show up - like they did on election day - the Dem’s will cry fowl that their supporters could not get out or were scared of COVID... sure, Trump wins and we all go on... but those cry baby little bastards will continue their onslaught of violence...

I want to see a SCOTUS decision under the 14th and various Civil Rights laws that forbids the Ds from running any elections without Federal Marshall oversight AND forbids them suing under any Civil rights Act or 14th Amendment pretext for 40 years.
The owners of the software are the true controllers of the world. They need severe penalties up to and including all assets forfeit to pay reparations for any election where this program was used, anywhere in the world from its inception.
