If this goes to the federal level of 1 senator per state to submit their choice for the POTUS — do you think Trump will gain the majority?

This scenario is problematic as well — some senator will vote yes, but what’s the payoff?

This whole election fraud has poisoned so much - so quickly.

Seems that the 1 person for 1 state will be the likely choice ... having the states in questions re-vote again will demonstrate the Conservatives will show up - like they did on election day - the Dem’s will cry fowl that their supporters could not get out or were scared of COVID... sure, Trump wins and we all go on... but those cry baby little bastards will continue their onslaught of violence...

Watching this playing out is stressful !

The senate votes for vice president one vote per state.

The vote is by state delegations in the congress...we’ll have 27 of them in January

______________
NOT how it is to be done per the Constitution.

Decided in the House . Each state gets 1 vote. Majority of states are R legislature-controlled, which is the parameter.

This sort of question must be decided by those closest to the people, which is the House and those state caucuses are weighted by the legislative control in each state.

R control was not affected by this fraud. The Ds did not gain control in any state that was already R controlled.
