My reading of Barr memo is that he just threw Rudy, Trump Jr. & others chasing false claims under the bus. The memo states DOJ only should investigate “irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.” That # = 0

should not be a basis for initiating federal inquiries.” To date, all the claims are just that - Specious, Speculative, Fanciful & Far - fetched !
Um, isn’t that what we’re all looking at and posting about, actions that could “potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State”? The swing states?
