Huh. I was trying to figure out why 5 House seats in NY state haven’t been awarded to the Republicans who are winning them, some of the gaps are HUGE. Could this have something to do with that?

yes, absolutely. My point was more one of where in the legal sequence that occurs. I’m not advoating either way, other than given PA Supremes in particular are partisan anti-Trump, might be better to get them on the record early.
Both do. SoS is the usual in each state, but legislature has all the power and can take it away. And at the top, Congress has power to reject any state’s slate.
While the vote count in Pennsylvania as of 4 pm Monday is up 761,913 or 12.6% higher than the 2016 turnout, the largest city in PA, Philadelphia County, the turnout is almost 5000 votes less than 2016.
Perhaps the reason for this Democrat stronghold turnout result is that they already have been doing all sorts of cheating in the past elections and they had no new ways to cheat.

ALL of the contested states... Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia and Arizona have GOP controlled legislatures... and ALL the presiding officers in ALL need to make the same demands!
Every ballot must audited and confirmed valid and legal... before counting! The legislatures can select the POTUS electors themselves if they determine the election was flawed. Article II, Section 1, gives them sole authority!
Finally, if true, some actual concrete action during this robbery...

They would not agree to this without *some* treachery, IMHO.
Hoping for a real, poke-at-chad type recount and especially valid ID and voter verification.
This is huge! Because the other states involved with this coup will also need to be audited!
Full audit? That a start, and it might ferret out some fraud, but there’s no way they can conduct a FILL audit.
Think of auditing as evidence gathering - regardless of political outcome.
Maybe they should just sit sit a federal gran jury to view the counting to save time.
That very much sums it up.
