There is much out there regarding the “evidence” of vote fraud. Or the diehard left claiming there is no evidence.

I’ve been a party to several lawsuits, as a plaintiff, as a juror, and as a witness. This never made me a lawyer, but it did make me fully aware that a lawsuit takes months to prepare. Charges can be made based upon suspicion, and are not proven until the discovery process is complete. There is witness testimony to depose as well as physical evidence to assemble. This is never done overnight.

People need to chill out. Granted Team Trump has only days, not months to gather evidence. But for crying out loud, give them a chance. This is far from over!!!!!!!

I agree. Trump’s team will prove many mail-in ballots weren’t observed by a Republican poll watcher. I’m sure they will argue that those ballots be excluded from the vote count. There is an audio recording of the training of poll workers where the supervisor told the trainees that they can force poll watchers 6 feet away from the poll workers. And if the poll workers work within 6 feet of a wall, the poll watchers can be forced to be so far away from the poll workers that the poll watchers are blocked from what’s really going on.

I don’t see why it can’t be determined for mail in ballots who actually sent them in? We have USPS data and the mail in ballot should be preserved as evidence (unless they destroyed them).
Then it’s fairly easy to determine where the Ineligible or fraudulent votes took place based on the statistical improbability of results, reports or irregularities (and everyone knows the big city blue districts).
Why couldn’t ineligible be fraudulent in many cases?
Look for Dems to object based on anti-discrimination laws.

You have to show something...like dead people voting to at least pause the process to take a closer look. I want Trump to win very badly and I think he really did...but there has to be more than assertions.

Especially when the lower courts are stacked against you, eager to curry favor with their dumblecrat masters.

The weakest argument I have seen is the “look at the downvoting breaking for Trump...” Slojo could easily say those votes were stolen from his party because look at the presidential vote. No its not feasible or true but assertions don’t have to be anything but posits. Even red herrings.

So I hope Trump has something...ANYTHING...solid to fight with.

NOTE WELL: Evidence of unreliable vote results does not have to be at the level of convincing a court of law.
It has only to "suggest uncertainty." And in the presence of uncertainty, the state Legislature decides, not a court.

If it’s only a matter of running out the clock, the Dems could probably do that by blocking access to evidence via legal objections or outright refusal.
In such a high profile situation scotus would opt for expediency over justice? My intuition tells me that seeing how corrupt the legal system is, it would select expediency, but I would love to be proven wrong.
Not only would the electoral process by impugned, but also the legal system.
If necessary, the electoral college vote should be delaying.

The enough suspicions are raised that final votes are too contaminated to be trusted or sorted out given limited timeframe that Supreme Court will instruct state legislature to select EVs, I hope.
