All votes counted, delivered, touched, in the room when poll watchers were illegally excluded are fraudulent votes by definition. It is up to the criminals to prove each and every ballot or count during those periods is valid.
I agree. Trump’s team will prove many mail-in ballots weren’t observed by a Republican poll watcher. I’m sure they will argue that those ballots be excluded from the vote count. There is an audio recording of the training of poll workers where the supervisor told the trainees that they can force poll watchers 6 feet away from the poll workers. And if the poll workers work within 6 feet of a wall, the poll watchers can be forced to be so far away from the poll workers that the poll watchers are blocked from what’s really going on.
