You are very wrong. SCOTUS and/or the Republican legistlature will not act unless the fraudsters were caught red-handed trucking in 450,000 ballots marked for Biden. Trump knew this was going to happen. He had over 6 months to work out a sting operation with Barr to catch the bastards. You don't come up with 450,000 illegal ballots overnight in someone's basement. This was a wide-range conspiracy that a sophisticated surveillance sting could have caught. Nothing less than catching them in the act with a sting operation will be accepted.
