Rudy Giuliani appeared on Maria Bartiromo's Sunday morning show to update people about the status of Trump's fight against election fraud. Giuliani reported that, starting Monday and continuing through the week, the president is ready to file multiple lawsuits in contested states. All of them are based on witness testimony about massive, highly illegal voting irregularities.
According to Giuliani, the president has already assembled significant amounts of evidence that the Democrats were engaging in voter fraud affecting hundreds of thousands of votes in swing states, especially Pennsylvania. He explained that in Philadelphia, Trump's legal teams have sixty or seventy witnesses who are ready to testify to fraud.
For twenty-four hours, Democrats prevented Republican election-observers from entering the room in which poll workers were counting over 135,000 late-arriving ballots. Poll workers did this even though the law states that representatives from interested parties have an absolute right to observe the counting. He believed that this secretiveness was because the Democrats were engaged in chicanery to overcome Trump's 700,000-vote advantage.
In Pittsburgh, Giuliani said, while Democrats counted 300,000 ballots, they forced Republicans to stand so far away that they were unable to see anything. When the Trump team obtained a court order mandating that the barriers holding back the Republican observers must be moved forward, the ballot counters-complied and then moved their work tables farther away, again rendering themselves invisible to oversight. Giuliani says this conduct violates voters' civil rights, constitutes an unfair election, violates Pennsylvania law regarding elections, and impermissibly subjects voters in different parts of the state to different rules.
In addition, in Pennsylvania, the ballot-counters separated 450,000 mail-in ballots from their envelopes, making it impossible to tell whether they were valid. One person could easily have filled out multiple ballots. Again, both sides should have been observing,

Are they in courts today? Is anyone counting today?
okay lets go.
Watch out for the thousands of fraudsters, trying to water down this process with false allegations. There will be much weeding out for conservatives to do here.
I heard on the radio that lawsuits are being filed today, Monday.
“THERE IS NO EVIDENCE!”
I wondered why Trump has been quiet.
From what Guiliani has said recently I think its 1) because they are building a court case with real evidence, which WILL eventually have to be shown to SCOTUS, so it must be water-tight. and 2) They dont want to show their hand, reveal where they are, or who they are getting evidence from - lest the deep state and its on-the-ground Democrat operatives start threatening people, shutting down offices, etc...
THAT’S RIGHT...the disinformation will be massive....they have thought this through, and so far, have executed pretty well.....but the war is on and you are right
Too bad Maria Bartiromos still has her baby teeth
Either you are correct or Trump and the Republicans are totally lost. They haven’t shown us a damn thing while raising our hopes.. It better not be BS.
Ok, but time’s a-wastin’, and they’d better not wait until after the litigation is done to lobby the state legislatures with that evidence. Whatever happens has to happen by 12/8, less than a month away. If they’re trying for some kind of re-vote, the re-vote has to be COMPLETED AND COUNTED by then. Realistically speaking, that means that if one hasn’t actually been ordered by the end of this week, it will probably be too late.
Attack them ... attack them. Time for shock and awe. Attack these wicked, evil monsters from hell. Attack on all fronts. This is War they started and we will finish it. Attack.....
Dude, really?
I hope they’re well aware of the time constraint. This isn’t like Bush v. Gore where they’re just trying to stop a bogus recount in one state. Whatever remedy they want is going to take time to implement, and it all has to be done by 12/8 under 3 U.S.C. § 5. They don’t have time to build a “water-tight” case if they want to actually affect the outcome of this election.
Ultimately, there probably isn’t anything any court can do that will change the current apparent outcome of the election. Any relief will probably have to come from the state legislatures.
I sincerely doubt they aren’t aware of the time constraint.
Court cases begin today. Most likely, initial oral argument and opening briefs.
Not sure about counting.
I think you’re right, PGR88. It’s not Pres. Trump’s nature t o give up, ever. If he’s not been publicly saying much, it’s like you said — he’s been busy compiling and fine-tuning his case.
He knows that the outcome is about far more than just his own victory. It’s about the survival or the demise of the American experiment.
Ultimately, sworn statements from eyewitnesses are all that really matter in this. The high potential for fraud inherent in non-secret ballots — including mail-in ballots (vote-buying, coercion, etc.) is not something about which SCOTUS can do much. We’re going to need hard testimony.
That all sounds good, but they are running out of time. The longer they talk big but dont present a hard case, the more the lefts perceptions that dont have one becomes real in peoples minds. I would have expected the big drop today. Its been a week. You cant keep saying “its coming, its coming.” At some point its put up or shut up. I believe major fraud on unprecedented scale happened. I am very worried they also got away with it.
No mention of hundred of thousands of undocumented “mail-in votes” that suddenly appeared in key states out of nowhere...No signature check...No way to document them because somehow the ballots got separated from the envelopes....
