Actually, this is not really “up to the Supreme Court”.
It is up to the state legislatures of MI, WI, PA, GA, AZ under Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution.
Fortunately for us they are Republican legislatures—both houses.
And—again fortunately for us—there is one vote per total state delegation in Congress under that same Constitutional provision—and Republicans have the votes there as well.
The Constitutional provisions are the same.
We will find out soon enough.
If SCOTUS has the guts to intervene, they should act quickly, if they do not, they're punting.
I would think the Dem's plans for court packing would be causing some consternation even among some non-conservative justices, which means just rolling over for the fraud puts their own branch in danger, not just the Presidency.
He has the power...Trump needs to brute his force onto Primetime TV and show everything he has Put it on every channel and radio station so no one will escape it. Include James OKeefe’s stuff, include whistleblowers, ex-spooks, Sydney Powell, experts, etc. Have Mark Burnett produce it if you have to. If it takes 5 hours or three straight days. And just for good measure, replay it immediately afterwards.
