You aren’t paying attention. The President has told us that multiple lawsuits are in progress all across the country.

The law suits are in both state and federal courts and are properly functions of the campaign.

First, the Supreme Court must rule who won the election. After that, the DOJ can go after those perpetrating the fraud

I hope so. I think SCOTUS is going to be extremely unwilling to get involved in this, though...particularly since it was their approval that let some of the wackier balloting procedures stand even when the GOP requested relief.

We’ll have to see what Monday brings. This is all so much more difficult now that the media has “declared” Biden the winner, and he has been swanning around calling himself President Elect. This with many ballots uncounted, states uncertified, and lawsuits already begun. So it’s going to be even harder to fight back now. I only hope that the GOP campaign managers don’t get dissuaded by their usual desire for harmony (which means accepting whatever the Dems do).
