The Supreme Court Order that has media and Biden upset. Trump leads in PA with all legal votes!

Unreal. The Supreme Court had to issue two orders to PA. I suspect this is going to a re-vote. Seriously. And it had better be an in-person vote. https://t.co/S0jeE1hS3I— Ned Ryun (@nedryun) November 7, 2020

Thread/ I joined @FoxNews @IngrahamAngle to discuss the #SupremeCourt and #2020PresidentialElection. The Supreme Court says the #Democrats cannot count ballots in secret any longer. Please watch and share! pic.twitter.com/u5a472woc5— Harmeet K. Dhillon (@pnjaban) November 7, 2020

Antrim County was where the 6000 vote “glitch” happened.

An Election which is smothered in fraud is a violation of equal protection and due process

Now that's an interesting argument! An argument based on the 14th Amendment would be novel. The 14th has been used to justify a lot of things not envisioned by the author of the amendment -- one man/one vote and abortion for example -- but an argument for fraud vitiating a presidential election could be made using the 14th as its basis. I would be interested in seeing how the Court would view that.

Yeah, You can’t have one man one vote apply in one situation and then not when it comes to voting fraud

Even if different issues, by the constitution they need to be consistent

Actually since the law had a nonseverability clause they could rule all mail-in ballots don’t count.

If Biteme doesn’t win, won’t the major threat to him be from China and globalist leaders?

I hate to break it to you - but this is NOT going to impact anything. This only impacts ballots RECEIVED after 8 PM. They already HAD 1.8 million ballots BEFORE 8pm - by mail. Counties were already keeping them separate. This doesn’t mean that they don’t get to count any ballots at all after 8. If you think that - you are delusional. It’s not a big number of ballots and that number alone will not impact the outcome.

I have to believe that if they do not (and it is also my guess that they can’t as the ballots were likely commingled), then to put it mildly, it will have a dramatic effect on the current outcome in PA.

They can find it's not substantive. If there is a remedy needed, having the state legislature decide the slate of electors is at the head of the the list of possibilities, but a re-vote is not.
