Since they are on video-— filling out ballots and stamping them with assumed “recieved” date stamp— don’t think so.
Lots of videos of pen to ballot and filling it out then stamping and putting in the pile to “count”. Fraud— no doubt about it.

I don’t see them saying that. No need. They respond that they have complied and have set aside whatever ballots THEY pick per SC ruling. Who would know the difference from afar unless teams of people go in there and inspect all the ballots?
Inspection and validation of all the ballots is what is needed but that is a huge effort.
