I understand how systemic the counterfeit vote printing by the Democrat Fraud Machine is.
However, where there is a will, there is a way.
I don’t think it can wait that long. I think the votes are supposed to be in by Dec. 12, although that could probably be extended. However, I’d think they’d need to be in before Trump’s term expires.
That said, I think re-vote is the only way, at least for the contested states.
Florida had a great election because DeSantis fired some of the people in charge of the prior elections and also improved our registration and voting procedures. He knew this was going to happen.

We need a law that in federal elections, all votes must be counted by a certain time on the day after election day. It could be within 24 hours of the opening of the polls in the particular state,Or some other appropriate time that would be common between all the states.
This thing of having to wait and be uncertain and watch the total is changing all the time it’s true banana republic stuff. And we shouldn’t except it.

(1) knowingly and willfully intimidates, threatens, or coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any person for—

(C) exercising any right under this chapter; or
(2) knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by—
(A) the procurement or submission of voter registration
applications that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held; or
(B) the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held,
shall be fined in accordance with title 18 (which fines shall be paid into the general fund of the Treasury, miscellaneous receipts (pursuant to section 3302 of title 31), notwithstanding any other law), or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.

It made me so angry. I was actually disgusted with her attitude. For those of you in a relationship it sounded extremely familiar. “You should have known about the market downturn, the car engine failing, the meteor falling out of the sky and hitting our house, that you could get cancer and die and leave me with having to find a gardener to cut the lawn...”

If we can’t verify every dang vote and a revote is the best option, all 50 should get to vote.
But no damn mail-ins. Folks can get their butts to the polls, none of this WuFlu crap. Absentees can cast provisional ballots.

I agree. We need a total national re-vote with only in person election day voting allowed in every state and bi-partisan election monitors required in every precinct until the vote is complete.
Counting any votes without full monitors present should be a felony.
The Biden vote fraud was nationwide in the mail in ballots. They just had to get a little crazier with some added cheating in “swing states”.

I wrote those checks to his campaign for a reason and using the courts to overturn blatant voter fraud was one of them.

That may have done them in. They were so shocked that Trump and the GOP were leading that they pulled out all the stops. And they were so confident that they could get away with it they slipped up and made it too obvious.
Can charges be brought from civil court or another direction since we have no DO, FBI or CIA?

One of the talking heads on FBN said today that Federal Election Law must be revised to deny the mail-in ballot issue. It seems that Federal Election Law must be revised regarding a few issues.
