Yes but the issue right now are possible potential spoiled ballots “received” before or on the actual election date.
Lots of fraud going on but this is a big nothing burger. It involves the USPS not the any precinct. The guy is anonymous like a NY Times source. If it happened then come forward publicly. There is no evidence any of this happened, just some guy babbling about it in a disguised voice. This makes us look dumb.
Prove it and call off the counting or void the state (refuse to seat the electors).
If it is incumbent on the state’s legislature to assure the legitimacy of its elections, then it is incumbent on the people of the state to elect a legislature that will do it.
If the people of MI are to be fairly represented in the electoral college, the MI legislature must end the counting madness. Or the Supreme Court must. The MI legislature should simply select a slate of electors for Trump at this point. It is their purview.
