Philadelphia's City Commissioner Lisa Deeley told reporters Wednesday morning that the number of mail-in ballots that have been counted in the city still stands at 141,000, out of a total of more than 350,000.
Trump up by 500k in state.

That’s not going to be enough for Biden. If he holds on here and can squeak it out in AZ, then Trump may not need to litigate Wisconsin and Michigan (although he probably should anyway).

My hunch is Trump will end up pulling out PA...
In my opinion, as sad as I am to say it, Trump will lose, MI and WI which will leave him needing to win Arizona which right now doesn’t look good..

It more ballots do not magically appear, Trump wins. Don’t forget there are 7 or 8 Red counties in PA that are still counting and have not reported mail-in ballots.

If Biden wins Michigan, Wisconsin and Nevada he wins. Unless Trump can successfully win a court challenge.
Discount everything Wolf says. He has no idea. It is pure propaganda at this point. We have to go to county officials for the actual number. The vast majority of counties in PA are Red - 57 of 67 counties.

According to Arizona Gov. Ducey and Arizona RNC head Dr. Kelli Ward, the outstanding, yet to be counted votes in Arizona will break 3:1 for Trump, resulting in a win for the president by 30,000 votes.
