With respect to the 200k ‘bump’ Biden received in PA at 4:00 am with no other candidate receiving ANY votes makes me think of the story of the Deep State software that attacks the voting procedure at the transfer of counts between devices, e.g. the polling place hard drive and the state’s State dept collection database.

State Election Law controls the conduct of all elections in that particular state. Michigan Election Code 168, et seq. says a mailed ballot must be received for counting by 8pm on Election Day.
Anything received after 8pm on Election Day in Michigan is not eligible to be counted, just like votes received after 7pm in Fla.

Leftists have a pretty solid record of winning recounts as they can generate as many votes as they need to replace any mistakes. Truth and honor are not values on the Democrat/Left.
