Speaking from the East Room of the White House just after 2 a.m. Wednesday morning, President Trump declared he will "not stand" for Democrats trying to disenfranchise Republican voters as many states continue to tally votes.
"A very sad group of people is trying to disenfranchise that group of people [Trump voters] and we won’t stand for it," Trump said. "This [voter turnout] is a record, there's never been anything like it."
But the incumbent President was also in a sober mood, acknowledging the night hasn't gone as planned.
"We were getting ready for a big celebration. We were winning everything and all of the sudden it was just called off," he said. "We were all set to get outside to celebrate something so beautiful, so good."
On the remaining states, Trump expressed confidence in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina and Wisconsin.
"Most importantly, we're winning Pennsylvania by a tremendous amount of votes," Trump said.
On the issue of late vote tallies, Trump declared "a fraud is being perpetuated on the American people" and pointed to his court battle predictions about mass mail in voting. He called for vote counting to stop and said he will appeal to the Supreme Court immediately.
"We want the law to be used in a proper manner," Trump said. "Frankly, we won this election...We won this election. This is a major fraud on this nation."

Trump was joined on stage by First Lady Melania Trump, Vice President Mike Pence and Second Lady Karen Pence. The room was full of supporters, Trump family members and campaign staff.
"I believe we are on the road to victory and we will Make America Great Again," Pence said.
Meanwhile, votes in Pennsylvania and Michigan may not be tabulated until the end of the week.
Exactly. The swamp didn’t just appear, it has been well entrenched for decades. Besides that he had to fight for everything he did accomplish, from members of both parties.
We have and FBI and Justice department along with the Intel community that allowed this to happen. Linda cold have already had Coney Barrett in place to sidetrack some of this, he didn't. Mitch could have forced the issue, he didn't. Barr could have really investigated and charged many traitors, he didn't.
I doubt it really matters if Trump uses the legal system to pull this out we have clearly lost our collective minds and cannot continue as a free nation under God.

Not for long. 57% of Floridians voted for California style open primaries. It needed 60% to pass so it was defeated for now. But the handwriting is on the wall. It won’t be long for the Sunshine state. RIP.

The Federal govt has the constitutional and legislative requirement to intercede (Article IV, Section 4 and the 1964 Civil Rights and 1965 Voting Rights Acts)
Think how the 60’s and 70’s Feds through the courts forced many southern states into “settlement agreements” to guarantee equal voter access and to end “voter suppression”.
Vote fraud is a form of voter suppression as it negates legitimate votes.
Voter suppression is a Federal felony with a 10 year max per occurrence.

no - not at all ... your points are taken ... per civics, yes - that’s how that works — My point is that Trump should have worked on that with the legal parties responsible for it - campaigned for it and his supporters holding accountable the state representatives to make sure that would be passed and implemented... so, therefore, Trump could have pressed - informed - or whatever to see it was accomplished... it’s how politics works... AND WHERE IN THE HELL DID I SAY TRUMP SHOULD DO AN EO ???? YES, I was very general in my statement - but I’ve just clarified it... It sounded like different states got to decide their own methods. I think there was saying last night that Wisconsin was going to count the mail in ballots later. While most of the others counted them first.
And today the info is sparse at best...votes being added to Biden is all states...and then all at once, these states will announce Biden is the winner and the MSM will call it for Biden..
Pennsylvania might not be our problem. We need MI and WI.

You have summed up the chaos of last night perfectly. The mainstream media was complicit because they refused to call state for Trump, while calling everything for Biden. And then showing how much ahead he was. It was ridiculous.
Many of the states ID Laws have been dictated by the judicial not the legislative.
Before “stamps.com” etc... my mom used to work in a doctors office where they had a leased machine that issued postage with a postmark. Lots of businesses used to use this type of machine. There is virtually nothing easier to forge than a postmark. The Democrats do not need the post office or a postal worker. You can buy a stamp for aboout $15 with whatever location and date you want or make one yourself that would be indistinguishable from the post office’s post mark. It is not like forging money... there are no anti-forging safeguards.

Hubby and I talked about this possibility, the day PA announced their postmark nonsense.
