Most people don’t know this, but your state doesn’t even have a legal obligation to let you vote in a presidential election. The Constitution says the electors are to be appointed “ electors "in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct.”

The Pennsylvania legislature could theoretically pass a directive that says the electors will be assigned to the tallest candidate.
