Most people dont know this, but your state doesnt even have a legal obligation to let you vote in a presidential election. The Constitution says the electors are to be appointed electors "in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct.
The Pennsylvania legislature could theoretically pass a directive that says the electors will be assigned to the tallest candidate.
