There will be a few faithless electors, like last time.
Pence has long lacked a decent delivery style.I Uninspiring even with a crafted speech . I like the guy but have not seen him as a winning candidate but that can be corrected.
“There will be a few faithless electors, like last time.”
Yes, that would be a major consideration if it’s close. A lot of electors might get very rich if they switch from Trump to Biden. At the very least, their reward would be that the Democrats allow them & their families to continue to live.
I am worried about the wnd and 3rd ring suburbs though.
Rosemount, Woodbury, Coon Rapids, etc are a few that come to mind.
Trump will have to hold his own in those areas to offset the Dem advantage in Minneapolis-St Paul and the first ring suburbs like Richfield, Roseville, Oakdale, etc.
The Supreme Court put the kaibosh on faithless electors in a recent case. One of the few they’ve gotten right recently.
Generally it’s true that heavy turnout equals lazy Democrat slugs finding some excuse to pull themselves off the couch and go vote.
But that has never factored in a POTUS who was holding huge rallies and generating this much excitement amongst Republicans.
Orange County has always been very red but they lost nearly all their House seats last election.
Thank you!!
In big liberal cities, sure. In the other 90% of the country you can bet it favors Republicans, especially this year.
Drudge is the internet version of Bill Kristol...Jackasses...
Hannity said that Republican areas of MN are at historical pace...
Truth... My Precinct in MN is a Deep Red stronghold.
Well, so far. We have a few new housing developments going in that will probably tip us here in a few years.
>>He had kind of ticked me off by losing control of the messaging of the task force.<<
He has been Don Strock to Trump’s Dan Marino. Starting tomorrow, Pence will be taking a lot more snaps.
(how is THAT for an analogy? LOL)
I live in Scottsdale, AZ now.
