Is there a way to see new posts w/o having to refresh my screen?
Am I a bozo? Or does everyone else just hit refresh over and over again to try to keep up with posts?

Am I a bozo? Or does everyone else just hit refresh over and over again to try to keep up with posts? Clicking the post number, just above "Post Reply", will have a similar effect. It will refresh but then also move the last post up to the top of the screen, if it wasn't there already.
