Just curious, all these numbers coming out of FL, are they early vote numbers they are releasing, are they mail-in votes ???

They can tell the registered numbers—they are not votes, but the assumed based on registration. You can probably safely assume 90% will stay loyal.

They are votes by party affiliation. You can fairly accurately extrapolate results from them.
