Dems don’t need court packing with GOP judges being so ideologically unreliable. They can bully them to get what they want. Kavanaugh looks likely to slide left and Gorsuch has made some very questionable decisions already.

I would rather they got scorched earth, however, McConnel has shown glimpses of that with judges and the impeachment trial.

I’ve used that all night long. Varying between 2016 and 2020 for analysis as needed.
I remember in 2000, for quite a while, each day as I went to work, it seemed that something had been resolved in Bush’s favor and then by that afternoon, the Dems has found another way to attack.
With so much mailed voting, Dems now have additional ways to cheat. Hopefully, Republicans have smart lawyers ready to defend the integrity of the election.
Completely agree, but I’m reminded of an old saying, I’m paraphrasing: two people can keep a secret if one of them is dead. Ballot harvesting or fraud on the scale required to make a substantial difference would have been uncovered at some point. Sure we’ve heard stories of ballots “found in a ditch” or “buried in the desert,” but anyone who knowingly abets vote fraud is part of a conspiracy. Conspiracies eventually fall apart. It takes one person with a conscience to say something. I’m not saying it doesn’t happen. I just don’t think it happens in places where it would truly make a difference.

We don’t know the percentages left in the count. What is left is an area that went for Trump by around 10% in 2016.
My guess is that some dem lawyer is going ape s**t over the count and delaying things.
John James should be replacing Peters. That’s a senate flip.
McConnell was a pathetic disaster during impeachment. His Senate failed to gather a single fact on the hoaxblower who launched his seditious operation from his CIA desk in Langley. That should have resulted in a full Senate investigation once the ICIG played for Team Dem and a Senate recommendation to remove Haspel. None of that happened. The GOP Senate allowed the Dems to use impeachment to hamstring POTUS and MAGA. Then right after that the Chicom flu dropped.
Good news.
Fully expect them to solidify their status by any means necessary. Trump is our only effective firewall at this point. If the levee breaks... well... pray for our nation.
All the Senate could do was hold hearings and you know what, hard to hold hearings without witnesses testifying against their colleagues. Also the Justice Department disn’t “do” jack squat either.
