That KY area is Morehouse.
Theres a 3% less college student vote age this time because people arent registered back where they are now with mom and dad. Scattered college students.
Dems have also played their hands early with massive early voting. Now we know what numbers to beat.

You’re not interpreting that correctly. The light colors just show who is leading. If they had called state the electoral vottes would be indicated on the graph.
That is correct. 8 PM EST, 7 PM CST. The line is just east of Tallahassee, along the Apalachicola River. Among the most red territory in the US. My second home.
