“Eric is definitely not the imbecile he’s portrayed to be on SNL.”

I gave up on SNL and wasn’t aware of their parody of Eric.

Agree. Eric is the most underestimated sibling in the Trump family-— smart and without guile.

Good tagline to resurrect! For a moment I was thinking of changing mine to a recent quote by Winston Churchill that Ivanka has been using in reference to her father:

“It was the nation that had the lion’s heart, I just had the luck to give it the roar,’”

Congress counts the electors. If it makes the difference in the pop vote, could a Republican Congress throw out precincts where observers were forbidden access?

Rush just said: As of 11:50am today, “Florida has now reached 100% of 2016’s voter turnout.”

I made it thru a small line, at 10:30, voting and out the door to my Jeep, in 22mins, in the East York Fire Station. My Sister, and our cousin and her husband, in North Manchester Twp, waited 2.5hrs, at 7am, with hundreds. Parking wasn’t abundant, but everything moved along quickly.

RL is all over the shop today. Understandably random and disjointed given that everyone is in a holding pattern waiting for tonight/tomorrow.

But his little devotional segment on his health and faith were, I think, a tipoff to his future plans. If Trump wins reelection with a huge assist from RL I believe Rush will choose that triumph as the best moment to retire. The next election may not arrive in time and he’s long overdue for rest and the enjoyment of his days uninterrupted.

Not necessarily what we want but the timing and circumstances would seem to point in that direction.

Thanks! I must have missed that...what hr? at the very end? Your conjecture makes sense.

Like Trump, Rush is heroic in his devotion to America and its patriots...under the most taxing of circumstances for both of them. And like Trump, Rush is uniquely beloved and feeds off the energy of his audience and his love of the job.

Neither of them are forced with a binary choice. Even if Trump loses (which I doubt), he has choices to make about his level of involvement in politics because he changed the Repub Party forever. He has a stake in his (and the American) legacy.

Rush, as well... His standard in broadcasting is unmatched to this day. If Rush decides to leave the EIB, he could command the airwaves with his intermittent commentary whenever he chose to.

Maybe wishful thinking on my part, but with both of them, I can imagine how painful it must be to consider retirement.

“RL is all over the shop today. Understandably random and disjointed given that everyone is in a holding pattern waiting for tonight/tomorrow.”

YES...and maybe for days. I hope not.

Don Jr can hold his own with anyone. His girlfriend’s pics remind me of a Kartrashian; a turnoff...
