Stealing Pennsylvania thanks to the Democrat state Supreme Court.
American Spectator ^ | November 2, 2020 | by GEORGE PARRY

So, where does this leave us? The Democrats on the state supreme court have effectively stripped Pennsylvania election officials of any practical way to challenge mail-in ballots of whatever provenance before they are counted. Consequently, the outcome of the presidential election will come down to a post-Election Day “knife fight” (to borrow Steve Bannon’s apt metaphor) in which Republicans will be forced to produce evidence to rebut the judicially imposed presumption that any and all mail-in ballots are legitimate.

But, when dealing with untold thousands of non-postmarked ballots, what kind of evidence can practically and timely be adduced to prove that they weren’t mailed on or before Election Day? Or that ballots presumed valid despite mismatched signatures were not signed by the purported voters? And who will decide if these presumptions have been rebutted by the evidence in any given case? The Democrat Secretary of State? The

Democrat majority on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court? And what chance is there that the U.S. Supreme Court will act after the fact to invalidate the votes made pursuant to the rules that prevailed at the time they were cast?

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich has tweeted that “Pennsylvania Democrats are methodically changing the rules so they can steal the election. It is amazingly open, dishonest, ruthless and will work unless the state (especially Philadelphia) is flooded with law enforcement.”

I hate to break the news to Newt, but under Pennsylvania’s new rules, law enforcement neither has the tools nor stands a chance of stopping the fraud. So it is that the ultimate outcome of the presidential election may come down in the final analysis to the last-minute re-writing of Pennsylvania’s election laws by four Democrats on the state supreme court.

Can I encourage everyone to completely ignore the news until after the election! This type of crap does nothing but discourage people on our side from voting!

These stories are doing their part in helping to supress the GOP vote in PA!

Agreed. And I wish Freepers would stop sending unsolicited Freeper mail saying they “heard from someone” that states like FL are heading into Biden’s direction. It’s bad enough I roll near the extreme of the pessimism scale, but I don’t need this sh!t.

Ok, then crank up a GOP operation. Flood in thousands of ballots. After all, no signatory, no postmark is cool. Right?

Or that ballots presumed valid despite mismatched signatures were not signed by the purported voters?

This is misleading. The court didn't rule that ballots with bad signatures had to be considered valid, only that they can't be rejected out of hand.

If the signatures don't match they contact the voter and give them a chance to cure the problem.

The State Supreme Court of Pennsylvania does not have jurisdiction over how elections are conducted in that state. That is up to the legislators. It is urgent that we stop ceding power to the judiciary that it doesn’t have.

If push comes to shove the Republican controlled state legislature can select the electors. This may be our only recourse to the blatant theft that is being orchestrated by the Democrats. I pray for once the Republican party has the balls to fight back.

I’m listening to Wendy Bell radio on Facebook. (She is in Pittsburgh) She just had a guest who warned that Levine has sent out letters to people who may have been around somebody infected with Covid. The letter says those people must quarantined for 14 days and not vote or they will face the law. Have you heard this? The guest is already off as he is going to interview Levine. https://www.facebook.com/search/top?q=wendy%20bell%20radio
