Question is this. If these low level publications know this. Trump will know this and does have the people and assets to counter this. Color me skeptical too.

This is counter to what the piece says earlier on about them “keeping the Dem vote ahead by 3% by changing results at the server transfer point”
It should be easy enough to obtain the vote counts both before and after they are sent on to a central location.
Finally, by publicizing this sort of thing it makes it very much more difficult to actually do it.

Of course they can do this. That system has been available for years, used for years all over the world as well. Never before in the US to the best of my knowledge.
