Maybe you should read John 8:1-11 again. “So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.”
Indeed. A hypothetical if I may. Replace the thief on the cross with a homosexual. Everything else being the same, does our Savior save that sinner? I believe yes.
It is a concept foreign to many self righteous folk. I cannot go one hour while awake without sinning in actions or thought. Try it some time. Consciously think about what you do and think up and keep a record, you’ll be shocked at what a jerk you are even if you want and try your best to be good.
Of course homosexuality is a sin. Of course they will answer for it like everyone else will for their sins. But I am not the judge of their sins and as long as they do not do anything that has a direct impact on my life (harms me), I have no business going after them as this would be “persecution.”
Where things get muddy is that today you have the gay agenda which is pushed in schools, Hollywood, now with LGBTQA month in June, special perks with the Ryan White Act, gay parades, public gay symbols worn etc... If you stick your life into people’s faces, you will get challenged by those that have differing views, and they have that right if you make it a public matter because their values and ideas are just as valid as yours. Just like a homo has the right to wear a gay button, someone has the right to say to them that this disgusts them. Not sure if that makes any sense?
Maybe you should read John 8:1-11 again. So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

And maybe you should continue reading where Jesus tells her to go AND SIN NO MORE!
Yes, we will sin. But not deliberately and certainly not celebrate it if we call ourselves Christian.
