Five Times Google Was Caught Red Handed on Bias and Censorship

Could Google swing an election? A string of leaks over the past four years suggests the tech giant has gone above and beyond to suppress conservative, independent media and the Trump movement.

Twitter has attracted much attention in recent weeks for its brazen, highly visible acts of censorship, including the ongoing censorship of the New York Post, and its repeated censorship of tweets from President Trump.

But Google’s bias, while less visible recently, stands to have a bigger impact on the 2020 election. As Breitbart News again highlighted last week, the company has erased Breitbart News results on Google search to the point where verbatim searches for the site’s headlines do not return results on Google search.

This can have a potentially huge impact on elections. Because the search engine is often the first destination for people looking to find out more about political issues and candidates, it has an outsized impact on undecided voters.

Google, over the past four years, has worked overtime to ensure that those voters are far less likely to see a link to pro-Trump media in their search results than they were in 2016.

Here are just a few times they’ve been caught red-handed:

THE SUPPRESSION OF CONSERVATIVE MEDIA

In July, Breitbart News revealed the wholesale suppression of the visibility of Breitbart News links on Google search. Compared to 2016, Breitbart News’ visibility on Google has fallen by over 99 percent, despite the fact that it remains one of the top 100 most popular websites in the U.S. according to Alexa.

It makes a person wonder what inspires those idiots at Google or Twitter as well as others to turn this country into a socialistic hell hole.

Someone tried to live feed Trump’s rally tonight over
Instagram. Instagram said there were technical difficulties.

Ya gotta wonder...

Partner, could it be that the Foreigner CEO of Google is doing some manipulating of Google against Americans.

We should not have a foreigner as the head of Google.

President Trump will go after that idiot foreigner CEO of Google after the Inauguration.

Free Republic used to come up frequently on google searches of political topics. No more. Unless you add the memory hole name “site:freerepublic.com” no hits will ever be delivered. Obviously they are watching but ignoring. We’re too American.

This is overall correct and is part of the trend. Thus I created a custom search engine https://cse.google.com/cse?cx=011383487679067898861:gug5bh6z5ol for conservative news. I have made another custom search for apologetical issues: https://cse.google.com/cse?cx=011383487679067898861:d5mux31ku3h Both of which Google still enables, explained here, https://support.google.com/programmable-search/answer/4544182 though there is with no guarantee for the future, but thank God for the option.
