Absolutely...Plus he doesn’t sit on decisions, his style is to listen to all sides, options, how will it affect the American people... and then he decides.
Even though Biden can’t recall words very well and can’t think fast on his feet, I believe he still can think at a slow pace. He had no business running for president at all. IMHO it’s about hoping to hide the Biden crime family’s activities.
