Even though Biden can’t recall words very well and can’t think fast on his feet, I believe he still can think at a slow pace. He had no business running for president at all. IMHO it’s about hoping to hide the Biden crime family’s activities.
I think it may be more than hiding Biden criminal activities. Lot of #NeverTrump war monger types are sure desperate for Biden to win.
