Governors, senators and mayors IN ALL STATES have plenty of time to:
Impose curfews
Maximum armed police presence
Call up National Guard and have them armed and on the streets
Make a public announcement that anyone on the streets is subject to being SHOT and arson, looting, destruction of property will NOT be tolerated!
