This is a good template for understanding Leftist positions and actions. A possible addition, something I’ve thought about over the years: Leftists often hate God and/or themselves.
I see this manifested in lifestyle, hatred of normal people, dissatisfaction with themselves and angry attitudes towards people of faith.
Every leftist I have seen are UGLY so covering their UGLY faces is a blessing for them!!
The mask is a symbol of submission to the Left, the Mob and the State.

I wonder if there will be a time when we are truly in a hot civil war and it’s the masked against the unmasked, like the north and the south. At least the enemy will be easily identifiable.
Of course, the mask will not be worn during battle, or during any operation requiring effective communication as it would hinder breathing and interfere with verbal commands. By going “mask free”, the new soldiers will be lauded as heroes for taking that risk alone. I try every day to believe that this bizarre behavior will soon end, and that we might again be “allowed” to function as a normal civilization of human beings. I try also every day to not wonder what the next directive might be, and who will be giving it. This should not be happening in our nation, of all others. As has been observed by many others, this is a slippery slope; if we can all be forced by law to wear a mask, we will be forced by law to adopt other behaviors

But what about soldiers with gas masks?
The argument is that Trump rallies involve no masks, which isn’t accurate.
“Democrats aren’t Happy til WE AREN’T HAPPY!!”
But if they succeed in making us unhappy, they’ll still be unhappy. They’ll start feeding on each other, like a lake filled with hungry piranhas with other prey.
That’s about the only thing anyone can say they are honestly good for. With all the info avail about the masks, how can so many remain so ignorant? I suppose MAYBE a store owner might have the right to request his customers to wear a mask, but he also has the right to consider how much business he wishes to relinquish. If there is a choice, I daresay most would go to the store that meets their needs without the requirement of a mask.
The masks are good for one other thing: they give frightened people a feeling of confidence to go out and be around other humans where they participate in spreading the virus and building widespread immunity as the mask is totally — completely — ineffective in “stopping the spread” of a virus ... any virus ... completely ineffective in every respect.
