77-year-old Joe Biden on Sunday evening participated in a virtual event after calling a lid all day just 9 days until Election Day.
It didn’t go well.
Biden confused President Trump with former president George Bush.
“…What kind of country we’re gonna be. Four more years of George…uh George uh he uh is gonna find ourselves in a position where if Trump gets elected we’re gonna uh we’re gonna be in a different world,” said Biden.
Notice his handler wife Jill tried to help Biden a little -- mouthing Trump's name 2-3 times -- as he was struggling to remember.

I just watched Trumps 60 minute interview with Lesli Stale that I had missed....shameful interview on Lesli's part. She was so combative and even when he clearly answered questions she badgered the President. I really wish he'd just refuse these idiot reporters as they will never be fair with our President. Joe on the other-hand is given a free ride on every twisted thing he says. He's never put on the spot or pressed.

I read from another commentor that Joe was being interviewed by George Lopez, so Joe was addressing him, not George Bush.
Fair or not, it was still a mangled, jarbled sentence because Joe’s in a mental decline. I can’t imagine anyone voting for this old man.
.. if this was TRUMP it would be playing 24/7 and Pelosi would have taken over the White House by now...
Actually, there's no problem if Joe forgets to zip his pants up in the morning. The real problem starts when he forgets to unzip them later in the day.

I watched it a few times. I even found a YouTube that has the full broadcast, in case the interpreter was merely behind Biden's speaking.
She's not interpreting anything he's saying. She didn't fingerspell "George" or "Trump". It almost looks like she's signing from a pre-typed speech. She's talking about how important the vote is, and how he needs your support.
Thanks for the interpretation. Curious that she makes him look coherent to the hearing impaired.
