Trump and Pence have the power to remove Pelosi and it is fully constitutional.
At 11:55 a.m in 1/20/21 just as President Trump is about to be sworn in for a second term, Trump resigns the presidency. Pence becomes President and then immediately resigns the presidency.
At 11:58 a.m. Pelosi must resign from the House and at 11:59 and 30 seconds, Pelosi becomes President, but her term expires at 12:00 and President Trump is sworn into office.
I think she would do a lot better as “Drinker of the House.” Hiccup!

I wonder how many “seat switchers” will switch parties after the election? That is, assuming the Democrats have just enough votes to stay in power in the House, imagine the hilarity if they despised Nancy and some other Democrat things so much that they either became independents or Republicans?
I think the last time this happened was when Jim Jeffords betrayed the Republicans to throw control of the senate to the Democrats.
Of course the congressmen who jumped ship would immediately get death threats and even assassination attempts, so the Republicans would have to put them on the Witness Protection Program.
