The Democrats have packed the court system over 50 years with corrupt liberal judges who legislate from the bench and routinely use the bench to hinder the Constitution. The Rats just judge shop and stop efforts to have law enforced when it conflicts with their agenda.

Lots of them have aged out. zer0 left 128 judgeships unfilled. Trump and Mitch filled those and another 50+ or so, they are confirming judges as we speak. Trump has changed several Circuit Courts to R majorities. We have added 3 conservative Justices and have a shot at a minimum of 2 more.
The Ds stole a Wisconsin Supreme Court seat in April 2020, so it is up to the electorate to start paying attention to elected judicial positions.
Wouldn’t hurt to start paying attention to school boards, too.
