C-span has comments up and the first one they showed was an excuse for Biden looking at his watch. It said that Bush looked during a town hall so that was insulting to the people.

As a 47 year politician, he has had decades of practice making little 60 second remarks like that, stump speech type material, rehearsed and repeated at rallies time and time again. That’s what I thought about his closing. It sounded canned and like a typical politician’s sales pitch.
