Confirmed cases of coronavirus are surging across the planet, with Europe at the forefront, and have now passed 40 million, according to data released early Monday morning by Johns Hopkins University.
The actual figure is likely to be far higher, as testing has been variable, and many people have had no symptoms, the university said by way of qualification when it made the numbers public.

The JournoList approved terms are “surge” and “cases”. No attempt to put the “cases” in context - it is really a “case” if the person has no symptoms and doesn’t have enough of the virus to be infectious? Yet, every positive test becomes a “case” to be counted towards the “surge”. It’s so tiresome.
WHO estimates that 10% of the world’s population may already have been infected. More testing will show how good this estimate is.
With a world population of 7.5 billion , that’s 750 million who have already been exposed.
How many dead? They say 1 million (and this number includes many who have various other serious co-morbidities).
This means a death rate of .013 percent. A little more than the flu.
Is it worth locking down the world for this?
40 million out of nearly 8 billion.
Truth is far higher than that as most of the planet it not bothering to test.
And yet no satellite photos of stacks of burning corpses.
So what. The severity and deadliness of COVID-19 is globalist elite hyperbole designed to prevent Trump’s re-election.

I know a family of 5 that just got over Covid. 37 yr old...slightly sick. 5 yr old...ran a low fever for a few days. Other 5 yr old....no symptoms. 11 yr old.... no symptoms. 63 yr old....no symptoms. And my 63 yr old friend said her doc told her this is more or less what he has been seeing.
