No one has ever been convicted for violating the Logan Act since it was enacted over 200 years ago. A pretty useless law, and one used to entrapped an honest man who has served his country well.

Even you admitted that he wasn't charged on the Logan Act, but then you turn right around and intimate that he was charged on the Logan Act.
