At this point, I think we're arguing about nuances ...

No one has ever been convicted for violating the Logan Act since it was enacted over 200 years ago. A pretty useless law, and one used to entrapped an honest man who has served his country well.

But it wasn't used to entrap Flynn, it was merely suggested as an option. Look my point in all of this is that we cannot give the leftist scumbags any room to say we are wrong on this and so the entire argument is false. Do you not understand this?

Even you admitted that he wasn't charged on the Logan Act, but then you turn right around and intimate that he was charged on the Logan Act. Again, I am not trying to nitpick, just stressing we cannot afford to get our facts wrong, because we will be hoisted on our own inaccuracies. and declared as nothing but liars.
