A pretty useless law, and one used to entrapped an honest man who has served his country well.

But it wasn't used to entrap Flynn, it was merely suggested as an option. Look my point in all of this is that we cannot give the leftist scumbags any room to say we are wrong on this and so the entire argument is false. Do you not understand this?

Even you admitted that he wasn't charged on the Logan Act, but then you turn right around and intimate that he was charged on the Logan Act. Again, I am not trying to nitpick, just stressing we cannot afford to get our facts wrong, because we will be hoisted on our own inaccuracies. and declared as nothing but liars.

Under advice from Biden, who btw implicates himself in a plan to violate the Logan Act in the recording, did reference the Logan Act in sending the FBI back to question Flynn further.

It's common knowledge that Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, not for violating the Logan Act. From these well know facts, Beck's intended meaning is clear; however, simplistic Beck was in describing precisely everything that led up to Flynn's conviction.

Which, btw, there was much to. For further reading: https://thefederalist.com/2020/05/07/fbis-memo-exonerating-flynn-proves-its-time-to-investigate-comeys-corrupt-confidential-human-sources/.
