“Although the EB-5 program’s goal of stimulating capital investment and job creation in the United States is laudable, it has become clear in recent years that the CCP may be abusing the program to gain access to U.S. permanent residency for their members,” the letter states. “Between 2012 and 2018, 80 percent of the nearly 10,000 EB-5 visas available each year went to Chinese-born investors.”
The GAO reported on fraud within the program in 2016. The two conservative lawmakers asked the office to look at how others, specifically the Chinese Communist Party, could manipulate the U.S. government through the program.
“As Congress reevaluates our relationship with the People’s Republic of China, the time is ripe for GAO to again examine the EB-5 program,” the lawmakers wrote.

But where big bucks are involved, corruption soon follows, and with Chuck Schumer and the EB-5 visa program, you need to follow the money", Long said.
"......the gerrymandered Schumer use of EB-5s, benefits wealthy Manhattan condo projects, many of which 'would be pursued regardless of EB-5......calling into question whether the EB-5 capital is creating any jobs at all.'"
Schumer received $1.09 million in campaign donations since 2011 from real estate interests, and his third top donor source was Fragomen, a law firm that has a prominent EB-5 practice, which donated $82,200 to his campaign committee. Fragomen advertises itself as "support[ing] . . . [the] immigration needs of 'the world's largest companies . . . all over the world'."
Schumer also rakes in campaign dollars from real estate companies such as Related Companies and Silverstein Properties, which also raise EB-5 funds.
This is just proof that the EB-5 system is open to corruption — and Schumer is taking full advantage of it. Now, if this isn't enough, Schumer has also come under fire for two other massive scandals, all of which has been swept under the rug by the mainstream media.
First, as Larry Klayman reports, Schumer helped cause the collapse of IndyMac Bank, which was a primary trigger of the 2008 collapse of the housing market and mortgage industry and resulting economic crisis. Schumer's unnecessarily public letter claiming that IndyMac was insolvent helped spark a panic that created a self-fulfilling prophesy. One day the truth will come out fully and we'll find out what Schumer did to help create the worst economic collapse since President Carter.
Second, Schumer helped spark the infamous inquisition of tea party groups. Schumer's public letter to the IRS urged a redefinition of 501(c)(4) organizations to target conservative public-policy efforts.
The infamous Lois Lerner and others implemented that detailed attack in persecuting tea party and other conservative organizations. We will demand all documents of Schumer's involvement in attacking the First Amendment rights of U.S. citizens.
We will find out how Schumer and Schumer's "associates" and campaign contributors benefited.

Call it the 36DD Visa. The New York Post recounted this weekend how Menendez and his staff pressured the State Department to expedite the foreign tourist and student visa approval processes for a bevy of buxom foreign beauties.
One of them, Brazilian actress and nudie model Juliana Lopes Leite (a.k.a. “Girlfriend 1”), had her F-1 student visa application moved to the top of the Mount Everest-high heap in 2008 as a favor to Menendez’s now-indicted donor pal and accused Medicare fraudster Salomon Melgen.
A senior Menendez staffer emailed a State Department staffer that Girlfriend 1 “has her visa application appointment in Brasilia, Brazil, tomorrow. ... Sen. Menendez would like to advocate unconditionally for Dr. Melgen and encourage careful consideration of (Girlfriend 1)’s visa application.” Oba!
“The State Department responded within hours, and the woman got her visa the following day,” the Post reported. Sugar daddy Melgen set up a shady nonprofit to help fund Lopes Leite’s education, according to the indictment. The IRS-approved “foundation” for “helping with the educational needs of disadvantaged persons” also subsidized college costs for a second woman “romantically linked to Menendez.”

According to a NYC US Atty, 25 current and former Russian diplomats and 24 of their spouses allegedly participated in a scheme to illegally obtain Medicaid benefits by under-reporting their income or falsely claiming that their children were US citizens. For nearly a decade, they milked the system of $1.5 million in benefits. The staff of Russian diplomatic offices in the US allegedly supplied false documentation to officials to bilk Medicaid.
The bilk was pulled off smoothly for decades.....and may have had official help----for a price. L/E needs to determine if Sen Schumer benefited from this fraud----and determine the ways he may have facilitated fraud through EB-5 visas.
Are Schumer's constituents w/ EB-5 visas hiding large amounts of assets from the courts adjudicating the Medicaid fraud?
