Failure of the American “non-education” system!
These are 18 year olds that were raised and taught by children. That’s the problem in my opinion. No consequences, trophys for participating, free college, a car with a bow tied around it, stockings with cash and church on Easter and Christmas. If that. No belief system.
is that a threat or a promise?!
I think a lot of them are angry (and misdirecting their wrath) because they WON’T be having many of those things (free college, cars, cash) as well as a few other things older Americans took for granted (homes, children, reasonably stable jobs, decent health/dental insurance, vacation and sick days).
Decades ago we already understood that the Asian students sitting in the college classrooms had been trafficked here to take our jobs/suppress wages; these “students” must realize the same.

Reads to me a number of crimes were committed against the Trump supporters, and the police there did nothing except file reports.
Majority probably stupid white students who will go to the back of the diversity line when they try to find a job.
Aw, they are going to have a temper tantrum.
Shouldn’t they be past that stage at this point in their lives?
Modern college students don’t do half what they even say they’ll do. So I’d cut that 17% down to 8%.
Of course, there are about 20 million college students in the US, so even that would be upwards of 2 million of the little buggers.
The riots can be traced back to the university.
Less than 25% is trivial nothingness. Less than 25% is considerably less than the 35-40% hardcore radical democrats share of the total population
And probably not one of them a taxpayer. So many, if not most, young college-age critters are spoiled, fully engulfed in the entitlement and “it’s all about me, me, me” mentality.
These “student” don’t even have to take SATs anymore. Anyone can graduate from high school. The teachers don’t teach. They indoctrinate.
They will protest because that’s the only thing they teach anymore.

Yeah sure. They’ll stay in mom’s basement. Gallup and Pew and Democracy Institute say they have the lowest enthusiasm among a group of rather low enthusiasm Biden supporters.
Now an 18 year old is like a 13 yr old.
And the expect the govt to do away with their student debt.
Both my daughters went to top notch Ivy League colleges and came out turds. Their solid conservative basis of thinking changed to pro liberal ways. My youngest wouldn’t take my advice regarding her future husband who turned out to be a wife abuser. Now she’s turned pro LGTBQ and renounced Christ and turned queer.
The oldest obtained her PHd in music along with her husband and are Obama lovers. I really have a good time shooting her down when she blames trump for everything. Just use logic and the constitution and up you will win every time.
The only way for these types of people is a good dose of Democrat reality going back to the Carter days.
