Twenty-four of the countrys 28 GOP governors are backing the Senate confirmation of White House nominee Amy Coney Barrett with President Trump critics Govs. Charles Baker and Larry Hogan among those not in support.

as sad as it is, it is also good that the GOP-E party hacks are still OUTING themselves like this
at least we can see who the Heck they are
and watch them more carefully now
Exactly We the peeps.
Good example of depressing spin in the headline, could have been: “24 sign letter”

Oh I didnt realize the Governors will be voting for Amy Cony Barret / sarc
Yep. And apparently only 24 of the 50 approve. Do the governors need to approve by a simple majority of 2/3rds.
Sununu?! WTH??????
I didnt realize the governors had a say.
Had a few GOP governors in past. One of several states where gov and lt gov
can be of different parties. One day
GOP governor Richard Snelling passed away
and he was succeeded by Lt Gov Dem Howard Dean.
Four White Male Heterosexual Democrats who are no longer
welcome in their preferred party, and therefore are
parading as Republicans so that they can pursue
careers as politicians.
4 NE RINOs.
BFD.
3 out of the 4 you knew before even reading this.
Don’t know why Sununu wouldn’t.
He’s very left-wing.
Damn right! Which Bush/McCain scum still infesting the GOP I do not call myself a Republican either. The GOPe will never get my support when Trump is no longer in office in 2025 and they continue to be crypto-socialist frauds who say one thing and do another.
Souter? Wasn’t he the guy who judged things like the damage a loose hog did to a cornfield before being elevated to the Supreme Court? That Souter?
Thank you.
86% of GOP Governors support her!
I’m not a Republican, but I tend to vote for them given the alternatives. In this case, I will leave Governor blank. Sununu has done nothing to earn my vote. Nothing.
I can remember READING when New England was referred to as “Rock-Ribbed Republican” and I went to High School in South Carolina when it was rightly referred to as the “Solid South” (Yellow Dog Democratic). How strange it is!
Surprised MA has Republican governor
