Leahy (age 80) and Feinstein (age 87) are giving yoots a reason to vote. These senators are old enough to be their great-great grandparents.

I feel sorry for his constituents, can you imagine claiming him as a senator?
The senators should simply gauge her understanding of her role, perhaps test her intellect and ability to discuss previous determinations, then vote. It's advice and consent, she stated her judicial views and I'd say I've heard enough to confirm her.
The FAA sets the limit for ATP's (Airline Pilots) at 65, and I know of one MD rated #1 in the country in his specialty that he also taught & when he reached 72 & his hands weren't as steady as they used to be walked away from surgery.
Knowing when to say when is important, most of the clowns in our House of Lords do not get that concept.
* Term Limits.
* Get rid of their Defined Contribution Pension.
* Put them on Obamacare.

I am very impressed that she answers the recusal question in exactly the same way every single time. Maybe if she is asked it enough times, people will get the idea that she means what she says.
It’s not their age that I have a problem with per se, it’s the length of time of service and the political advantage of incumbency. If we had 12 year term limits I’d bet the average age would be much lower.
First in her class at Notre Dame Law. A professor was astonished to read her exam blue book that was more thorough and better reasoned than his own work on the particular subject of the exam question. He’s the professor that recommended her to Scalia for an internship, calling her the best student he ever had.
Just confirm her already. Enough with this partisan nonsense. She may be the most brilliant legal mind of our generation. Advise and consent, that’s the limit of the Senate’s duty.
I do not feel sorry for Leahy whatsoever. He is a disgusting human being. How many of these senators really believe in what they are saying if it were not for political expediency.
