You guy do realize he's weasel-wording this so he can A) legitimately claim he did NOT accuse Repubs of court-packing, while B) telling all the low-info voters / general populace that only listen to key words that "the Repubs are court-packing". If you read his exact comments, he includes two words in there that change what he actually said. All he's really doing is accusing the Repubs of nominating/installing more Conservative justices.
