The decision is not even-handed.
Trump has had the virus. He's immune. He need have no concern. A virtual debate does not help Trump at all. The decision to have a virtual debate is 100% because of Joe. Joe is afraid. He is old and frail. The debate commission just took it upon itself to do Joe a big favor and unilaterally decide to have a virtual debate.

They've picked their favorite. Which, of course, also explains the choice of moderators.

I don’t believe that for one second! No offense, but does anybody believe that this commission came upon this idea by themselves? Especially from a group that provided debate questions in advance to her thighness.
