Those findings would be even more depressing...but more plausible.
I believe that most people have already made u their minds. I’ve looked at the rural vote and the more rural, the redder the county is. Some very rural counties in Tennessee went +85% for Trump in 2016. The “independent” rural vote is largely a myth.

This was a weekend poll. Weekend polling never seems to favor Republicans for some reason.
There is no penalty for saying one suspects Trump will win. There is a potential penalty for saying you support Trump...how do you know the intentions of the people claiming they are conducting a poll? Could they be instead compiling a list of who to harass? What properties to spray paint “Fascist” on? Whose businesses to burn down? Who to make up stories about to get them fired?
If these latest polls have any accuracy at all, it makes ACB’s confirmation all the more paramount. It’s critical she is sitting on the SCOTUS soonest.
