The Hispanic and black support for Trump has been consistently high in almost all polls, even the polls from the fake news media. Trump is consistently doing better with blacks and Hispanics than he did in 2016, when he got only 8% of the black vote and 29% of the Latino vote.
No doubt because of the record low black and Hispanic unmploylemt figures pre pandemic, the opportunity zones for minorities and Trump's criminal justice reforms etc.
By contrast, Biden has effectively done nothing for blacks in 47 years in Washington.

In 2016, Hillary won 48.02% of the vote vs 45.93% of Donald Trump. If we subtract California, New York, and Illinois, Donald Trump won 48.83% if the vote vs 45.11% for Hillary. Read all polls with this fact in mind.

Whether the margin is correct or not, the move is in Trump's favor post debate. Rasmussen also has a post-debate move in Trump's favor.

And that is the answer to "who won the debate". The winner is not who the pundits liked, or who scored the most debate "points" like it was a college debate team contest. The winner in an election debate is the one who convinces more people to vote for them than the other guy/gal.

What hasn’t been examined is Biden’s conduct during his term as VP and his reaction when Obama used the Bully Pulpit to create racial division during the Zimmerman trial.

When as a result of Obama’s inflammatory racist comments suggesting a racist murder. Where Obama’s remarks were interpreted by black gangs suggesting retribution for a racial incident went on attacking non blacks innocently entering “hoods” and attacking and sometimes killing them like the Australian from Melbourne; Christopher Lane, here on a college scholarship in Duncan Oklahoma who was murdered while exercising on one of Duncan’s streets.
