I suggest Trump answer each of these with a counter-attack
For example, on the taxes question, Trump should ask why so many politicians leave office as multi-millionaires. Between lobbyists and the revolving door and speaking fees and book deals and so-called charitable foundations and corporations foreign & domestic, the swamp dwellers reap untold millions.
